Office Manager Penny Gandall joined QM Appraisal in 2016.  Penny handles the accounting, tax preparation, scheduling, advertising, assisting with review work and commercial appraisals. Penny ensures high levels of organization, effectiveness and communication among  staff and clients.

Appraisal Analyst Steve Webster joined QM Appraisal in 2006 and brings vast experience from his ranching and banking background. Steve’s ranching experience with the Great Webster Ranch in Meeteetse allows him to provide valuable insight on farm and ranch appraisals, while his banking experience allows him to supply input on all commercial and industrial appraisals.

TASA BROST, OWNER & CERTIFIED GENERAL  APPRAISER

Certified General Appraiser Alan Kritscher joined our team in 2020 coming from a large out of state appraisal company. Alan comes with deep knowledge and experience in the commercial and agricultural related fields.

Certified General Appraiser Tasa Brost began her career in the appraisal industry in 2000. Joining QM Appraisal in 2017 and purchasing the business in 2019. Tasa's numerous years as an  Appraisal Quality Control Reviewer ensures high levels of competency and quality.
