Brief Bio

I have lived in Park County my entire life and was raised on a ranch outside of Meeteetse, Wyoming. Along with ranching, I also worked in the nearby oil fields. I moved to Powell, Wyoming in 1994 and spent two years in retail before entering the banking field where I was involved with commercial, agriculture, and residential lending. I still live in Powell and enjoy most outdoor activities with my family. I am familiar with Park County and the surrounding areas and look forward to serving the appraisal needs of the area.

Experience

Steve C. Webster has worked full time in the real estate appraisal industry since July of 2006. Working closely with Certified General Appraiser, Que Mangus and Certified Trainee Jake Fulkerson, Steve has developed an understanding of the intricate workings of commercial real estate appraisals. This experience has enabled him to be instrumental in the compilation and production of numerous appraisal reports.
Prior to appraising commercial properties Steve worked in the banking industry for 10 years. He also has an extensive working background in ranching, retail and oil field production.
